As a co-founder and toddler mom, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and in need of a sounding board to help find a balance between my work and home life. On a personal note, I had a rough year full of family emergencies and unexpected challenges that completely shifted my mood, my mindset, and my overall priorities.
